Who we are
This website is operated by TeleRIU Global Services FZ-LLC ("Teleriu"), a company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as name, company, country, business email, phone number and the content of your message — together with technical information including IP address, browser type and the page from which the enquiry was sent.
How we use it and on what basis
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare training or consulting proposals you have requested, and to maintain records of our business communications. Our legal basis under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and your consent given when submitting the form. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing communications unless you have asked to receive them.
Storage, location and security
Enquiries are stored on servers under our control, which may be located outside the United Arab Emirates, and, where email delivery is configured, transmitted to our business mailbox. By submitting a form you consent to this transfer. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS); access is restricted to Teleriu staff who need it to respond to you. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required for contractual or legal reasons.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. If analytics or other cookies are introduced in future, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within the periods required by applicable UAE data protection law. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Photographs and marketing
Photographs of training deliveries shown on this website are published with the agreement of the participants pictured. If you appear in a photograph and wish it to be removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
