Huawei iMaster MAE / U2020 — OSS Operations for RAN & Core
Daily-driver skills for NOC, O&M and performance teams on Huawei's iMaster MAE (formerly U2020): topology and alarm management, performance and KPI reporting, configuration and software management, and the automation features operators increasingly rely on.
Independent training on Huawei technologies by practising engineers. Teleriu is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised partner of Huawei; product names are used only to describe course content.

Course overview
MAE-Access and MAE-Core are the single pane of glass for Huawei RAN and core in most GCC operators. This program teaches the platform systematically — from alarm handling discipline to KPI templates, batch configuration, licence management and northbound integration with operator OSS/BSS.
Participants leave able to run a shift on MAE with confidence and to build the reports and automation jobs their teams need.

Frequently asked questions
No. This is an independent Teleriu program taught by engineers with hands-on Huawei deployment experience. Where a course is aligned to an HCIA/HCIP exam we cover the published exam domains, but the certificate issued is a Teleriu certificate of completion; the Huawei exam is booked separately by the participant.
Live online programs are delivered in real time by an instructor over video with shared labs and interactive Q&A. Classroom programs are delivered face to face in Dubai or other GCC locations, with the instructor and lab environment in the room. Both use the same curricula and instructors.
Programs are built on 3GPP, O-RAN and industry standards and are vendor-agnostic by default. Corporate deliveries can include vendor-specific parameter mapping and scenarios where required.
Participants who complete a program receive a Teleriu certificate of completion. Teleriu programs are professional technical training and are not affiliated with any certification body unless explicitly stated.
